I had a pleasant stay at Thunder Valley, where the overall cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff stood out. The casino offered a decent variety of games, but some evenings felt a bit uneasy due to the crowd. While our anniversary didn't have that special touch, the manager's follow-up and sincere apology really made a difference. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were enjoyable, but I’d love to see a few improvements in certain areas.
